INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

AIR-CONDITION EQUIPMENTS

We undertake Installations of all type of Air cooled Chillers
(Reciprocating and Screw Type), package units, duct splits, wall and ceiling
mounted splits, DX splits, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Cooling units from different manufacturers like CARRIER, McQuay, SKM,

CHILLED WATER LINE PIPING AND ACCESSORIES
Installation of the chilled water line piping with insulation and cladding,
Gate Valves, DRV Valves, Chilled Water Line Strainers, Butterfly Valves
and Three Way Valves and Two Way Valves.
CHILLED WATER PUMPS AND CONDENSER WATER PUMPS
Supply and Installation of Chilled Water Pumps and Condenser Water Pumps of different make and capacity.

MAKE UP TANK AND DOZING PUMP

Supply and Installation of the chilled water line Make Up Tank and Dozing Pump.
DUCTING
Supply and Installation of Pre-insulated Ducts and GI Sheets Ducts, Cladding, Rubber Foam Insulation, Duct Liners, Diffusers supply and Return Grills Etc.

ELECTRICAL
Supply and Installation of Electrical Chiller Control Panel, Chilled Water Pump Control Panel, Three Phase Isolators, and
Main Three Phase Circuit Breakers, Electrical Cable Trunking etc.
PLUMBING

AMC – COMPREHENSIVE CONTRACT (PARTS AND LABOR)
The AMC includes all Parts and Labor as per the contract terms and conditions.
AMC – NON- COMPREHENSIVE (LABOR ONLY)
The AMC includes only Labor and all parts excluded as per the contract terms and conditions.
EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN:
24×7 on call services with a response time of 2 hours depending on locations.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We carry out additional services for requirements which are not included in the AMC.

These services include:

  • Emergency Services: Call out Emergency Services and Inspections of HVAC Equipments at affordable cost.
  • Refurbishment of A/C Equipments like CHILLERS, PACKAGE UNITS, DX SPLITS, AIR HANDLING UNIT and FAN COIL UNIT of different manufacturers.
  • Retrofit (conversion of system refrigerant R-22 gas to 134a gas) for chillers package units and split units.
  • HVAC Parts and Electronic Boards Repairing for Carrier, York, Trane, McQuay, LG, SKM, Mitsubishi, O-general, Etc.
  • Overhauling of Compressors: Carrier, York, Trane, McQuay, Copeland and Bitzer.
    Rentals: Supply & Installation & Renting Of Chillers, Package Units, Splits Etc.
  • Motor Repairs: Repairing Of Condenser Fan Motors, AHU Motors, Fan Coil Motors Indoor Motors And Chilled Water Pump Motors Etc.
  • Chilled Water System Balancing.
  • Chemical Treatment for Chilled Water Line System. Eddy Current Testing For Heat Exchangers Coolers.
  • Heat Exchangers: Replacements and Repairing of Heat Exchangers like The A/C Condenser Coils and Coolers.
  • VAV for Supply and Installations of Variable Air Volume Temperature Controls like Balimo, Honeywell Etc.
  • Air Flow Balancing.
